I'm so fascinated by this, I think I've watched it at least once a day for the past week. It's a video of Todd Rundgren, who if you didn't already know, is totally THE MAN. He's performing the song 'Can We Still Be Friends?', which is a totally lame and cheesy song and I'm embarrassed to love it so much yet I do. Enjoying the song has nothing to do with why I've watched this video so much, though. I've watched it so many times because IT'S THE WEIRDEST, MOST RANDOM AND AMAZING THING I'VE EVER SEEN.

I love game shows. I've loved them ever since I was a little kid. I used to tell people I wanted to be a game show host when I grew up, inspired by Guy Smiley of Sesame Street no doubt. When I was in elementary school, I remember vividly getting off the bus, sitting down with my snack, and watching Press Your Luck and Scrabble on the USA network. As dorky as all of that is, it's all true.
I'm not really sure what it is exactly that attracts me to game shows, but I find them to be utterly fascinating and extremely entertaining. Some of the weirdest and funniest things I've ever seen in all of my nearly 23 years have come from game shows. There's something about winning money that seems to make people lose all their inhibitions and be willing to make a complete ass out of themselves on television. Which brings me to my possibly number one favorite/most hilarious game show clip ever, of my girl Betty Sue.
Check this out.
